Intermediate Hoop Dance Classes - Level 1 & Level 2
Intermediate level 1 and level 2 classes are offered. Intermediate 1 and 2 are both six week courses which can be taken in any order. Prior beginner classes required, or teacher approval.
This intermediate course is the "mind" segment in the mind, body, spirit continuum. Each class in this two part series presents exciting new hoop moves in concert with a daily emotional focus and hoop dance principle. Shine like a star while you gain balance, agility, and dexterity with fun exercises including unsighted hooping and floorwork. Learn to create flow, dynamism, and fluidity in transitions. Feel exhilaration, elation, and connection through vocalizations, gesture play, and the jam circle. This class will catapult your hooping to a whole new level.

The following moves will be covered during each six week intermediate class series:
Level 1
Reversals, Breaks, Horizon, Rocker, Wings, Roar, Dragon Fly, Jingle, Fling, Disco, Whoopi, Fin, Tailspin, Fantasy, Jack Rabbit, Carousel, Bingo, Floordance, Prance, Empress, Dolphin.
Level 2
Sparkle, Portal, Whirlpool, Swan, Libra, Magic, Phoenix, Diamond, Squeeze, Eagle, Sesame.
